It's unfortunate that women today don't feel safe, as they are objectified to satisfy men's sexual desire.

Anything they do or wear will get bombarded with lewd comments from hypersexual perverts.

Women also have to be conscious of everything they post on social media now, even if it is as harmless as posting an eating video.

This TikTok user, for example, received the wrong type of attention for simply posting a video of her enjoying sushi.

In a 19-second video, TikTok user @fienajeeha recorded herself enjoying a few plates of sushi at a restaurant.

It was just a normal eating video until several men decided to leave sexual remarks in the comment section.

Most of the lewd comments were about how @fienajeeha ate the food

According to screenshots of TikTok comments, many people commented on how wide she opens her mouth while eating, while others said how "fortunate" her husband is to have a wife with a mouth like hers.

Traumatised by the vulgar remarks, the TikToker has since turned off the comments section.

After her video was shared on Twitter, netizens came together to defend @fienajeeha, saying she did not deserve to be harassed for posting a video of herself eating

At the same time, they called out the perverts for their inappropriate comments.

The victim @feinajeehah replied to the tweet yesterday, 29 November, confessing that she felt insecure about her mouth after reading the tasteless remarks.

She was reassured by other Twitter users that she had no reason to feel insecure because she had nothing wrong in the first place.

In response to the support she received, she expressed her gratitude for the positive comments and informed them that she will be taking legal action.
