Parent Of Child From Playschool At The Linc KL Tests Positive For COVID-19

The child had last attended the school on Thursday, 17 September.

A parent of a child studying at Trinity Kids, located at The Linc KL on Jalan Tun Razak is reported to have tested positive for COVID-19

The LINC KL took to their Instagram account to release a statement today, 24 September, regarding the case closely-related to the education centre branch in their mall.

"The Linc Development wishes to inform that a parent of a child at Trinity Kids, The Linc KL branch has just been tested COVID-19 positive," reads the statement.

"The said child was on a half-day program until noon and last attended school on Thursday, 17 September."

The commercial hub also announced that they will be taking all the necessary precautions to disinfect and sanitise its common areas

The statement from the management further reads, "We have taken all necessary preventive measures to contain the risk of exposure to our customers, staff and tenants. Our immediate actions include disinfection of all common areas of The Linc KL by professional disinfectant company."

"You can be rest assured that safeguarding the interests and well-being of all parties visiting our premises remains our top priority."

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health (MOH) recorded 71 new COVID-19 cases in the country today, 24 September

According to the MOH official Twitter account, this brings the number of COVID-19 cases in Malaysia to a total of 10,576.
