A Two-Year-Old Boy With Brain Haemorrhage Was Left To Die By A Roadside In Ipoh
A passerby found the toddler lying unconscious inside a cardboard box.
A two-year-old boy with brain haemorrhage, found abandoned by the roadside last month, is well on his way to recovery in a hospital in Ipoh
The toddler was discovered lying inside a cardboard box in Jalan Ampang Baru on 30 July. He was unconscious when a passerby found him around 1.30pm.
According to a report by The Star Online, the boy has regained consciousness and is able to breathe on his own
He is still warded in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital after it was discovered that he suffered from internal bleeding.
Police suspect that the boy was a victim of child abuse and are looking for his parents or next-of-kin. They also urge eyewitnesses to come forward if they have any relevant information in regards to the case.
