A video of a man who shot a dog dead with a bow and arrow in Setapak recently went viral

Malaysian Stray Animal Association (SAFM) shared the video on Facebook and asked the public to provide any information about the suspect that could aid in his arrest.

In the 23-second video, the suspect, who was wearing black, can be seen sneaking behind a few vehicles and slowly following the dog before shooting the arrow, killing the innocent animal.
