The #JOM movement focuses on education and youth development; social welfare and community development; safety, health and wellbeing; environment sustainability and animal welfare. It embodies the spirit of coming together to take action in our communities.

The launch was officiated by #AnakAnakMalaysia chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye, joined by Eco World Foundation trustee, Professor Dr Zahari Ishak, and EcoWorld management and GAMEON management, at GAMEON @ The Labs, Bukit Bintang City Centre.

#JOM brings together EcoWorld employees, project teams, partners, customers, and communities nationwide

As Malaysians continue to navigate economic uncertainties, from the rising cost of living and fuel prices to the broader impact of global instability, vulnerable communities are facing greater challenges than before.

In response, teams across EcoWorld's townships and developments will champion initiatives most relevant to their local communities, recognising that needs can differ from one region to another while staying aligned with the overall spirit of #JOM.

The movement will focus on four key areas, each addressing different needs within communities:

Education and Youth Development
Supports children and students with greater access to education, learning resources, and opportunities, placing Malaysia's next generation at the heart of the movement.

Social Welfare and Community Development
Helps vulnerable communities improve their living conditions and livelihoods, while ensuring access to basic resources.

Safety, Health, and Wellbeing
Covers programmes that improve health in communities, including support for individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses.

Environment Sustainability and Animal Welfare
Encourages practices that care for the environment and protect animals.

The campaign launch brought together Team EcoWorld, media, and students from the Eco World Foundation's Students Aid Programme (SAP) for a day of shared engagement

Over 50 SAP students, accompanied by their teachers, joined a specially curated full-day programme at GAMEON, where obstacle courses and active play tested their problem-solving skills and physical strength.

Also in attendance were EcoWorld CEO Datuk Seri Chang Khim Wah, EcoWorld Deputy CEO Liew Tian Xiong, and GAMEON co-founders Leroy Lee and Lilian Chan.

Speaking at the launch, Tan Sri Lee said #AnakAnakMalaysia had grown from a call for unity into a true reflection of the Malaysian spirit of gotong-royong

"Throughout the years, #AnakAnakMalaysia has grown from a call for unity into a true reflection of the Malaysian spirit of gotong-royong. #JOM continues that journey," he said.

He described #JOM as a simple word carrying a powerful invitation for every Malaysian, regardless of background, to come together and take action for those around them who need it most.

"When we look after our communities and our children today, we are shaping the Malaysia of tomorrow," he added.
