Taobao Malaysia's 11.11 sale is underway, with loads of discounts and shipping in store!
Running from now till 13 November 2026, the sale spans categories including fashion, home essentials, furniture, and collectibles.
Perks include free shipping on eligible products with no minimum spend, bank rebates, and vouchers. Those using the Taobao English app can also enjoy platform vouchers offering up to 50% off.
Shoppers can get up to 15% off sitewide, alongside bank rebates and daily shipping vouchers
Beyond the English app's voucher offers, other campaign highlights include:
- Up to 15% off sitewide through official platform discounts.
- Daily air shipping discount vouchers available at 12pm and 8pm.
- Up to RM50 in RHB Bank instant rebates for eligible cardholders.
- Up to RM8 waived in payment processing fees.
- Up to RM40 in perks for new users.

Free shipping covers more than 400 million products, with no minimum spend required
According to Taobao Malaysia, shoppers can enjoy free shipping on more than 400 million products, including single-item purchases.
The offer covers all items in the Fashion category, with free shipping also available across categories such as Home & Living, Tableware, Toys & Pet Accessories, Beauty Tools, and Travel Essentials.
For shoppers who need their purchases sooner, eligible orders can be upgraded to paid air shipping, with delivery in as fast as five days in key cities.
Those shopping for their homes also have more options: over one million furniture items, including sofas, dining tables, and height-adjustable desks, are eligible for direct shipping to Malaysia.
During the campaign, shoppers can get up to RM30 in furniture shipping vouchers on eligible purchases.
New AI tools are designed to help shoppers compare products and understand listings
Taobao has also announced shopping features including an AI Shopping Assistant for recommendations and price comparisons, and AI Product Insights, which highlights product features, translates specifications, and summarises reviews.
A voice search feature lets shoppers describe what they're looking for, while AI Try-On allows users to visualise clothing on their own photos. The try-on feature will be introduced on the Chinese interface first, before expanding to the English and Bahasa Malaysia interfaces.
