Professional running brand BMAI has officially introduced its flagship marathon racing shoe, the BMAI GCARBON TURBO 4, to the Malaysian market
Engineered to help long-distance runners break their personal bests, the carbon-plated footwear integrates advanced propulsion, stability, and comfort technologies.
Built around the core brand proposition "Speed That Flows, Bounce That Lasts", the GCARBON TURBO 4 upgrades to a full-length T1000 carbon plate, replacing the T700 carbon plate featured in the previous generation.

The higher-strength plate works alongside a newly upgraded BoomMAX Evonik nylon supercritical foam midsole.
To ensure better balance during long-distance efforts, the shoe platform has been widened by 4mm in the forefoot and 6mm in the midfoot.
Targeted primarily at competitive runners aiming for a sub-3:30 marathon finish, the shoe is equally suited for race-pace training sessions.
Additional design specifications include a one-piece stretch tongue, a breathable woven mesh upper, and a cast PU outsole built for dry and wet road traction. Weighing approximately 135g for size 37 and 172g for size 41, the shoe features a 4.5mm heel-to-toe drop.
According to BMAI Malaysia Head Hunter Wang, the GCARBON TURBO 4 was engineered to provide runners with a natural and manageable stride as they pursue new athletic breakthroughs
To support the launch, BMAI Malaysia signed 12 local endurance athletes, including Malaysia Marathon 10KM Veteran champion Mohd Harmini Bin Ahmad, and launched the "Road to KLSCM" PB Programme to train 30 runners for the upcoming Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon.
The brand operates three retail hubs, known as BMAI Runner House, in Kepong, Setapak, and Seberang Jaya, with expansion plans targeting Johor Bahru and East Coast Malaysia
BMAI also intends to collaborate with nearly 200 local running clubs through grassroots community runs and specialised training camps in China for elite athletes.
The BMAI GCARBON TURBO 4 carries an official recommended retail price of RM629.
During its first launch month, the model is available at a promotional price of RM499 across official online platforms and selected authorised dealers.
Purchases made during the initial launch week via BMAI Malaysia's official Shopee or TikTok stores also include a complimentary pair of BMAI running socks valued at RM39.
