A veteran Science and Biology teacher was found dead in a secondary school toilet in Bau, Sarawak
According to Berita Harian, her colleagues noticed her unusual absence from a scheduled teaching session before discovering her body in the morning of 5 August.
She was last seen at around 8.15am in the staff room, where she mentioned that she wanted to use the washroom.
By 8.35am, her colleagues began searching for her after she failed to turn up for class.

Bau district police chief Supt Mohd Haide A Rahman confirmed that police were alerted by the Kuching Medical Emergency Communication Centre (MECC) via MERS 999 at 8.53am.
A police team was dispatched to conduct initial investigations at the scene.
Medical officers from Bau Hospital arrived shortly after and officially pronounced the victim dead at 9.08am.
"As soon as the toilet door was opened, the victim was found lying on her back and unconscious before the emergency line was contacted for medical assistance," Mohd Haide said.
Police found no suspicious injuries and classified the case as sudden death
Initial examinations by the Bau Criminal Investigation Department (BSJD) revealed no signs of foul play.
There were no criminal elements or suspicious injuries discovered on the victim's body.
"The case is classified as sudden death or Sudden Death Report (SDR). The victim's body was taken to Bau Hospital for an autopsy," Mohd Haide added.
