Woman Slammed For Saying Restaurant Releases "Pork Steam" That Clings To Passersby Clothes

A Malaysian woman recently went viral after she tried to warn other about a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur that may emit steam that is non-halal for Muslims
According to the woman's tweet, the Chinese restaurant freely lets out "pork oil steam" from its cooking through its chimney in front of the store, which faces the road.
She also said that the steam would cling onto the clothes of Muslims walking by, implying that it is unsafe and haram.
"Who approved of this ventilation outlet that's facing towards Jalan Raja Laut?" she asked, while tagging the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
The user also included a video showing the name and exterior of the restaurant.
The woman has since received backlash for her tweet, with many Malaysians raising concern about the placement of the chimney, but disagreeing with her about the steam
One user commented that the woman pointed out a valid issue and said that cooking smoke should not be directed towards the public.
"It doesn't matter if it's steam from pork or fried chicken," they wrote.
Meanwhile, another user suggested she relocate to the South Pole, where there would be no pigs.
"Other places, including Malaysia, have a lot of pigs, and I'm scared you'll inhale their smell or breathe the same air as them," they wrote.
"It's okay, if this is your level of thinking then you should just go ahead and eat the pork," commented another sarcastically.
