Virtus Pro are the Grand Champions of The Kuala Lumpur Major after taking down Team Secret in an epic five-game series finale

With their victory, the Russian side takes home USD350,000 of the prize pool.

Virtus Pro's victory denied Team Secret's Yeik "MidOne" Nai Zheng a home win. He was a crowd favourite for being the remaining Malaysian, getting the loudest cheer inside the Axiata Arena.

While Team Secret looked favourites to steal the KL Major crown in Game 4 with good early plays, Virtus Pro's "Ramzes666" inspired a late comeback for his side.

Being the first champions of the new Dota 2 Pro Circuit season, Virtus Pro has resumed its dominance in the Dota Pro Circuit

While Team Secret takes the 2nd place, claiming USD170,000 and 3,000 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Points, Virtus Pro have secured 4,950 DPC Points and a huge step forward to qualifying for The International 2019 (TI9).
