Penang Man High On Drugs Crashes Into Elderly Pedestrian While Trying To Outrun Police

While fleeing the police, the suspect hit a 61-year-old pedestrian who was crossing the road, causing him to die on the spot. Police then fired four shots at the suspect's car.
