The campaign covers all Huawei and Honor devices purchased in Malaysia. However, the Nexus 6P is not eligible for this promotion.

In conjunction with its Service Experience Month, Huawei Malaysia is offering free repair services for out-of-warranty devices from 15 November to 31 December 2017

Do note that the free repair services exclude the cost of spare parts.

Hence, if the repair requires replacement of parts, you will still have to pay for the parts. You will not, however, be charged for labour costs or any additional services.

If you're not sure what exactly is wrong with your device, you can also bring your phone or tablet to a Huawei Service Centre for a free diagnosis or maintenance service

In the event that your device requires a servicing time of more than seven days, you can request for your phone or tablet to be delivered to your doorstep at no additional charge.

The promotion is only applicable exclusively at Huawei Service Centres in Malaysia

You can look up your nearest Huawei Service Centre and its business hours here. Terms and conditions of the promotion can be referred to here.

For more information, you can call up the respective Service Centres or the Huawei Customer Service Hotline (1800-22-0086; 9am to 9pm daily). Alternatively, you can drop them a message via the Huawei Malaysia Facebook page.
