Kia Sales Malaysia has unveiled its progressive vision for the future of mobility at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS 2026), presenting a curated line-up of premium vehicles
Headlined by the national debut of four advanced global models alongside a highly competitive long-term ownership scheme, the showcase underscores the brand's continued commercial commitment to the Malaysian automotive ecosystem.
This immersive exhibition runs from 12 June to 21 June at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), serving as an interactive pavilion that seamlessly blends advanced engineering with sustainable design.

The brand is using the platform to preview three unique electric vehicles — the EV4, EV5, and PV5 — as part of its latest global EV push
Alongside these battery-powered models, the automaker also showcased the petrol-powered (ICE) K4 sedan at the event. Notably, Kia Malaysia currently has no electric vehicles in its active local line-up, after the EV6 and EV9 models were recently removed from its official website.
The Kia pavilion places a strong emphasis on electrified future mobility, anchoring its strategy firmly on the advanced Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) architecture
Among the highlights is the EV4, Kia's most recently revealed model, which made its global public debut in February 2026 in both sedan and hatchback body styles.

Both variants carry the brand's signature 'Opposites United' design language, featuring an EV Tiger Face front end, Star Map vertical lighting, and flush door handles, to deliver a modern look.
The next-generation Kia EV4 concept delivers 150kW and 283Nm of torque from a front-mounted electric motor, utilising an 81.4kWh battery pack to achieve a stellar 612km driving range under the WLTP cycle.

Supported by 350kW DC fast-charging technology, the EV4 can replenish its battery from 10% to 80% in just 29 minutes, while also featuring versatile exterior and interior Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionalities.

Sitting alongside the EV4 is the sustainable Kia EV5 SUV, which pumps out up to 230kW and 480Nm of torque in its premium configurations
This family-centric SUV enables a brisk 0 to 100km/h sprint in 6.1 seconds and incorporates advanced fingerprint authentication technology.

Breaking away from traditional passenger vehicle designs, the brand also presented the award-winning Kia PV5 Passenger model. Built on the flexible E-GMP.S Platform Beyond Vehicle (PBV) architecture, this model caters directly to commercial logistics, business fleets, and active lifestyle applications.
The innovative vehicle has already garnered global praise, securing both the MPV of the Year and Family Car of the Year titles at the prestigious 2026 What Car? Awards and TopGear.com EV Awards, on top of securing major design trophies from the international Red Dot and iF Design Awards.

The new Kia K4 sedan also makes its highly anticipated premier Malaysian appearance, displayed in its sportier GT-Line specification
Embodying the brand's contemporary design philosophy, the sleek sedan beautifully balances aggressive aesthetics with practical daily usability.

Under the bonnet, the K4 features a 1.6-litre turbocharged gasoline direct injection inline-four engine producing 193PS and 265Nm of torque.
The mechanical setup utilises a MacPherson strut front suspension paired with a sophisticated multi-link rear architecture to ensure sharp handling dynamics, riding smoothly on 18-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the cockpit is dominated by an integrated panoramic display that seamlessly merges a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 5-inch climate control panel, and a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen.

To improve consumer confidence beyond traditional industry boundaries, the company launched the comprehensive Kia TotalCare programme
The newly structured promotional framework targets buyers who place a vehicle booking between 1 June and 22 June, with vehicle registration completed by 31 August.
Eligible private owners of the Kia Sportage or the Kia Carnival (specifically the 7-seater and 8-seater variants) will receive an industry-leading 8-year or 240,000km vehicle warranty alongside eight years of complimentary official scheduled servicing. The high-value promotional package also includes eight complimentary replacement tyres, a direct RM8,000 exclusive cash rebate, and a fully covered first-year motor insurance premium capped at RM6,000 for the Carnival and RM4,000 for the Sportage.

Customers who book a Kia model during this June promotional window and register their vehicle before 30 June will automatically enter a lucky draw to win premium travel and tech prizes
This includes three grand prizes of fully sponsored return flights and accommodation packages to Seoul, South Korea, alongside five consolation prizes featuring the flagship Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra smartphone with 1TB of storage.
Visitors to the pavilion can experience interactive FIFA World Cup 2026 gaming displays, engage with real-time AI-driven digital visual art created by renowned Malaysian artist Max Jala, or schedule on-location test drives for the diesel-powered Carnival and long-wheelbase Sportage variants.
