With state elections (PRN23) just around the corner, Lumi News has teamed up with 10 current and former Malaysian ministers from different parties to bring you exclusive News Stacks

Launched last year, News Stacks by Lumi News compiles must-read articles and videos on trending topics. Now, political figures like Hannah Yeoh, Mahathir Mohamad, Syed Saddiq, Fahmi Fadzil, and more can create their own feeds with articles, videos, thought pieces, and social media posts on important topics ahead of PRN23!

The latest version of the Lumi News app also includes live election results for all six states, official ceramah broadcasts, and even live chats

This means you can stay up-to-date with all the election buzz and news right at your fingertips.

As a recent winner of the Bronze award for 'Best Digital Tech Product' at the 2023 d Awards by the Malaysian Digital Association, Lumi News aims to make news-reading delightful for Malaysians of all ages through its user-friendly interface and unique features.

Now, they aim to bridge the gap between politicians and Malaysians by providing content on important national topics ranging from sports and youth to climate change.

With this collaboration, participating politicians will be able to share their views on important issues.

You'll also be able to discover what they are reading, advocating for, and learn about their track records!

Judith Yeoh, CEO of Lumi News, said they have always believed in giving people better access to information.

"It helps us build connections with each other and open ourselves to new ideas. We're excited to launch our exclusive News Stacks and Chat feature together, because this combination offers an extraordinary opportunity to foster dialogue, make people think, and, hopefully, bring us all a little closer together," she said.

As for Fildzah Zulkifli, Growth Marketing Manager of Lumi News, she said, "It is an honour to be working with our country's leaders – both past and present – to create content that will inspire our audience, especially our active users who rely on Lumi News daily to receive news from trusted, reliable sources."

Aside from that, users can now create their own profiles and chat with fellow Malaysians in real-time

These new features allow users to be socially engaged and discuss current topics together via the Lumi News app.

All you need to do is create a profile, customise your username, and choose a cool Lumi character as your profile photo.

Hosting over 70 local and international news sites, the app covers more than 25 topics, with over 200,000 users.

Download the Lumi News app via Google Play, the App Store, and HUAWEI AppGallery for the latest updates and discussions on PRN23!
