Between 3am and 8am on both dates, all services across the Maybank2u web portal, Maybank2u Biz (web and app), and selected MAE app services will be offline

ATMs located at Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), and the Universiti Malaya campus will also be unavailable during the same 3am to 8am window.

For all other ATMs nationwide, downtime will start earlier, running from 12am to 8am on both days.

Throughout the maintenance period, Maybank users can still rely on the MAE app for essential transactions

The available features include:

  • Account balance enquiry
  • Fund transfers (between Maybank accounts and DuitNow transfers)
  • Bill payments
  • JomPay
  • QR Scan & Pay

If you require further assistance during the maintenance period, reach out via email at [email protected] or call 1-300-88-6688 within Malaysia.
