Shah Alam Kicks Off Production Of Omoda C9 As JAECOO Prepares For 2025 Deliveries

JAECOO Malaysia has achieved a significant milestone with the local assembly of theOmoda C9 SUV at its Shah Alam manufacturing plant
This marks the brand's second locally assembled model, reinforcing its presence in Malaysia's automotive market. Customer deliveries are set to begin in January 2025, ushering in a strong start to the year for JAECOO.
JAECOO Malaysia vice president Emily Lek highlighted the brand's commitment to meeting market demands and supporting customers throughout their ownership journey

The Shah Alam assembly plant now produces both the C9 SUV Coupé — available in AWD and 2WD variants — and the JAECOO J7 SUV
