Samsung Malaysia Electronics, in collaboration with Modernize Vida, has opened its Partner Experience Store (PES) at KL Eco City
Designed exclusively for partners and distributors, the facility serves as a dedicated experience centre to explore Samsung's integrated, AI-powered end-to-end business solutions in real-world environments.
Developed through a strategic collaboration with Modernize Vida, the PES is designed as an immersive walkthrough environment featuring seven distinct zones, each reflecting a real-world setting.
It allows partners to visualise how Samsung's product design, features and technologies come together as a holistic ecosystem.

The experience includes key verticals such as retail, finance, hospitality, residential, education, office, and government.
Across these environments, Samsung's SmartThings platform enables businesses to monitor, control, and automate connected devices through a unified interface, supporting more streamlined operations and enhancing overall efficiency and user experience.
This is further supported by Samsung's broader Devices, Solutions and Services (DSS) approach, which brings together hardware, software and services to enable scalable business-to-business (B2B) innovation and deliver seamless customer experiences tailored to evolving industry needs.

A key highlight of the experience centre is Samsung's Professional Laundry solution, designed for high-demand commercial or industrial environments
Combining high-capacity performance with a modern, lifestyle-oriented design, the solution redefines laundry services as part of broader customer experiences, seamlessly integrating hygiene and convenience within different business settings.
The system supports large capacities of up to 18kg for washers and 14kg for dryers, alongside a streamlined, stackable configuration for easier installation and space optimisation.
This also enables emerging multi-purpose business concepts such as café-laundry spaces and fitness or entertainment-integrated environments, where laundry cycles complement activities like workouts or movie screenings.

The store enables partners and distributors to better understand how Samsung's solutions can be applied across property developments, commercial spaces, enterprise and public sector environments, supporting more informed decision-making and solution adoption.
