The award was presented during the d'Awards ceremony held on 12 June at Grand Nexus, Connexion, Bangsar South.

Organised by MDA, the d'Awards recognises agencies, brands, publishers, and marketers that demonstrate excellence in digital marketing, innovation, technology, and campaign execution.

Established in 2009, MDA serves as the representative body for Malaysia's digital publishing and advertising industry, with a focus on advancing industry standards and growing the country's digital advertising ecosystem.

Besides taking home the night's top agency title, Invictus Blue also won Gold for Best Use of Data, underscoring its growing reputation in data-driven marketing and technology-led solutions

According to the agency, the recognition reflects its ability to integrate media expertise, data, AI, technology, and content to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients in an increasingly complex digital landscape.

"Digital Agency of the Year is not a title won by a single campaign or a single team. It is the outcome of a culture. A culture that believes there is always a better answer. A better idea. A better result," said Keith Miranda, President of Invictus Blue Group.

"We measure ourselves against whether we are giving our clients everything. That relentless pursuit of improvement, and the belief that good is never good enough, is what brought us here today," he concluded.

The recognition follows several years of investment by the agency in strengthening its capabilities across media, data, technology, and content, while expanding its expertise in emerging areas such as AI

"The tools available to agencies today are becoming increasingly accessible. Technology can level the playing field. What truly sets organisations apart is their people, and our commitment to building and empowering 100% local talent," shared Group Chief Executive Officer Jo Yau.

"Over the last few years, we have focused on creating an environment where talent is encouraged to learn, experiment, challenge convention, and continuously evolve. When you combine great talent with a shared ambition to succeed, extraordinary things can happen.

"This award is a celebration of our people and a reminder of what Malaysian talent is capable of when given the opportunity to compete on the biggest stage," Yau added.

The latest win adds to a growing list of accolades for the agency

In recent years, Invictus Blue has also been recognised for its work in AI, winning Gold for Best Use of AI at the Malaysian Standard Awards (MSA) in both 2024 and 2025.

While describing the Digital Agency of the Year title as a significant achievement, the agency said it views the recognition as a stepping stone for further growth as it continues to expand its capabilities and regional presence.
