Korean Celebs Ordered 5 Roti Tisu & Were Surprised By How Tall They Were

Five Korean celebs were in for the shock of their lives when they ordered five servings of roti tisu, unware of the size of the dish they were about to receive
On an episode of South Korean variety show, Nidonnaesan Dog Park Tour, the five Korean male celebrities visited a mamak restaurant, TG's Bistro in Bukit Bintang, to experience the local cuisine in Malaysia.
When Korean comedian Kim Jun-ho asked for a recommendation, the waiter suggested roti tisu, a beloved Malaysian delicacy typically shaped like a small pyramid.
Looking at the menu, Kim decided to order five servings of roti tisu for him and his friends to enjoy.
Shocked by Kim's order, the waiter warned them that the roti tisu was "quite big".
Despite the waiter's warning, Kim seemed adamant, insisting on five servings of roti tisu since it was the restaurant's signature dish.
The men proceeded to order other dishes like tom yum soup and fried rice, blissfully unaware of the towering presence coming their way.
To say that the men were shocked when they saw their orders coming would be an understatement
When the first roti tisu came out, carried by the skilled hands of the mamak servers, the men's eyes (and mouths) widened in disbelief.
Towering high above their table like a spire, adorned with a delicate sprinkle of sugar and a drizzle of condensed milk, just the sight of one roti tisu was enough to make someone go speechless.
Soon enough, five roti tisu had arrived on the men's table.
Kim and the other men were visibly taken aback, wondering how they were gonna finish all the food they had ordered.
They still had two servings of tom yum soup and a bowl of fried rice coming, btw!
"Why does it look so different from what's shown on the menu?" Kim exclaimed perplexedly, as his order of roti tisu towered over him.
As if the size of the dish wasn't enough of a surprise, the men then had a first-hand experience with the paper-thin nature of the roti tisu
While trying to get a better look at it, Kim perhaps applied a bit too much pressure, causing the delicate layers to crack in his hand.
The other men, not knowing how to react, just stared at the unfolding chaos.
The poor man quickly braced the top, broken part with his shoulder, fumbling to save it and prevent it from crumbling all over the floor.
In the end, the men seemed to enjoy their larger-than-their-plate treat
The initial shock of the situation eventually subsided and they became excited to try their roti tisu.
"It smells really good," one of them said.
Gingerly breaking off smaller pieces, the men were delighted by the taste, even feeding each other.
"Why is this so delicious?" Kim said.
They also managed to try their fried rice and tom yum soup, which they seemed to enjoy as well.
