This Obscure Gem In Section 17 Opens Up Into A Beautiful Sunlit Cafe And Cocktail Bar
Cafe by day, bar by night.
In a quiet neighbourhood shoplot area in Section 17, behind this wooden door, are steps that lead up to a gorgeous, spacious cafe that might take you by surprise
Although seemingly unsuspecting from the outside, as you enter Terrasse Cafe & Bistro, you'll be greeted with sunrays streaming through its specially designed skylight roof during the day
Water cascades on its roof, creating shadows of ripples throughout the cafe and a cosy, rainy feel, perfect for a chilled date or hangout with friends.
If it's too warm under the skylight, there's also a shaded area where you can dine at.
The cafe specialises in French cuisine, including its signature Duck Confit, which is usually marinated in duck fat for three days prior to being cooked
Its menu also includes beef bourguignon, pasta, risotto, lamb rack, and a variety of lighter meals for lunch. For dessert, there are scones, panna cotta, French toast, along with different cakes.
By night, there's a section of the cafe that moonlights as a bar where you can sip on cocktails and wine
If you don't drink, they also have a selection of mocktails.
