Joji Cancels Upcoming Shows In KL, Singapore & Hong Kong
The Japanese singer-songwriter was scheduled to perform at Merdeka Hall tomorrow, 30 November.
Joji has just announced that he will not be able to perform in his upcoming concert in Kuala Lumpur
In an Instagram Story on his official account @sushitrash this morning, 29 November, the Japanese singer-songwriter cited health reasons for not being able to continue his Pandemonium 2023 world tour shows in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
"Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to my upcoming shows in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Hong Kong due to health reasons. I will be back, I promise!" he wrote.
Known for hit songs such as Glimpse of Us and SLOW DANCING IN THE DARK, Joji was scheduled to perform at Merdeka Hall tomorrow, 30 November
Kuala Lumpur event organiser Live Nation has also confirmed the concert cancellation, saying that they would announce ticket refund details soon.
"We regret to announce that Joji will not be able to continue his performance for his upcoming Pandemonium Asia show in Kuala Lumpur due to health reasons.
"Ticket refund details will be announced soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused," they said in an Instagram post today.
Joji was also listed to perform at ZoukOut 2023 in Singapore on 2 December and Hong Kong on 3 December as part of the Asia leg of his tour.
He had just completed his performances in Taipei and Bangkok earlier this week, and Manila last night, 28 November.
