Malaysian's Hilarious Real Estate Ad Has The Internet In Stitches

A property agent has adopted a different approach to selling a home in Cheras, which is quickly gaining attention online
On 4 September, Muhd Ferdaus shared photos of a house for sale in Pandan Perdana on Facebook group, Property for sale/rent in Selangor and KL.
Starting off his post, he wrote, "URGENT URGENT URGENT", while describing the property, "Fully renovated, five rooms with two toilets, ample parking, and double-storey end lot unit with an 80-year leasehold".
Following up with the listing, he attached these terrible photos of the property:

Intentionally blurry and barely distinguishable, Ferdaus' photos have left people in fits of laughter, with many joining in on the joke

One person even commented that he hopes the pictures are exactly as shown, as he wouldn't want to be disappointed if he were to see the house in person and it doesn't look the same.
To which Ferdaus replied, "Same as photo, sir. The photos above are the actual unit. Haha."

Ferdaus told SAYS that while this particular post was meant to be humorous, the house, which was newly renovated in June, is actually for sale
He explained that he wanted to make it a fun experience for the property buyer and seller, as "selling property is supposed to be fun".
"Where is the fun if it's all about the money? Sometimes it can be stressful running around selling properties as we don't get our salary paid. Some of us need to chill out a bit and I'm kinda happy that so many people are laughing at this post," he added.
