If you didn't already know, today, 21 April, is Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham's birthday

In conjunction with the special occasion, a video showing a little girl singing Happy Birthday to Dr Noor Hisham is going viral on Twitter

In the one-minute video, the adorable child - who introduces herself as Shanice Lim - is seen rushing to the living room to catch Dr Noor Hisham on television, presenting daily updates on the COVID-19 situation.

The four-year-old then tells her dad that she is drawing a picture of Dr Noor Hisham, who she calls a hero.

In the next scene, Shanice turns into a superhero donned in a doctor's uniform and has her face covered with a mask that says "Hisham" on it

Shanice becomes a full-fledged health inspector at home, policing her family members to ensure they follow stringent hygiene practices during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She takes the temperature of her baby sibling and stops her grandmother from going out, citing the instruction from the Health director-general, "Dr Hisham said don't go out!"

Shanice then orders her grandfather to wear a face mask and reminds her kakak to always her wash hands.

Over a montage of Dr Noor Hisham's photos, Shanice thanks the Health director-general for his service and says she loves him dearly.

But that's not all from our child hero. In her most stern voice, the four-year-old tells Malaysians to #DudukRumahDiamDiam (#JustStayAtHome).

"Do not go anywhere, whether it is ke sini, ke sana, ke sini, ke sana..." says Shanice, using the wise words of Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin - which has been parodied by Malaysians into electronic dance music (EDM).

At the time of writing, the video made by @jackielim2828 has been viewed over 170,000 times on TikTok. The video has also gone viral on Twitter, garnering over 7,100 retweets.
