The government recently announced that Malaysians can travel internationally with relaxed procedures and testing requirements

On 8 March, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced that the country will reopen its boarders on 1 April.

The decision allows Malaysians with valid travel documents and passports to leave and return to the country as they please. Furthermore, all Malaysians will be allowed to enter any country that has also opened its borders to foreign travellers.

With Singapore being among those countries, it's highly anticipated that many of our fellow Malaysians will be flocking there for a much-needed getaway.

Here are 10 must-visit locations to check out while you're in Singapore! (No, the Merlion is not on this list).

Beyond go-karting, KF1 proudly houses Singapore's largest badminton court, holding a total of 22 courts. Hungry visitors can also check out their food expo, Timbre + Eastside, for a break to fill their bellies.

KF1 possesses a firm walk-in basis for small groups, while corporate and big group bookings may seek reservations. To check out the available dates for a walk-in, click here

Known affectionately as Singapore's original indie neighbourhood, frequent visitors of Haji Lane in Singapore wouldn't hesitate to make the comparison to Jonker Street in Melaka.

Long-live this eclectic street in Kampong Glam.

Ironically, St. John's Island was used in the late 19th century as a quarantine station for cholera cases among immigrants.

At present day, it's a popular spot for locals and tourists who need a getaway with chill vibes. The isolation of the island and minimal commercialisation allow visitors to truly be taken away to complete solitude and leisure.

Among the day activities include taking a dive into the multiple lagoons, discovering the various beaches, and even fishing at the designated spot far too familiar to frequent visitors.
