The holiday season is upon us, and with it comes charming Christmas markets.
Here's a curated list of 11 local Christmas bazaars for you to check out:
1. The B Brand Christmas Market | 20 November 2023 - 2 January 2024
Organised by the ComeMeetYourKaki (CMYK) pop-up collective, you can traverse through a myriad of stalls and find gifts that may resonate with the spirit of the season, all while supporting local artists and businesses.

2. Sparkling Charity Christmas Bazaar | 25 November
The German Speaking Society Kuala Lumpur is hosting its 36th edition of their Sparkling Christmas Bazaar. You can treat yourself to some authentic weihnachtsplätzchen (German Christmas cookies) and browse through all sorts of festive goods while supporting a wonderful local charity.

3. Eye Can't Wait for Christmas | 25 & 26 November
From fashion, music, and art, this weekend market will feature all things Malaysian-made.
There will also be free-entry karaoke and a 360-degree camera booth, so bring your friends and family along to have your festive spirits frozen in time.

4. Pingmin Christmas Market | 25 & 26 November, 2 & 3 December; 8 - 10 December, and 23 - 25 December
The market will be held at four different locations from late November to December. With over 80 local vendors selling an array of handcrafted gifts, food, beverages, and snacks, you can indulge till your heart's content.
There will also be a potluck event and you're encouraged to bring your own cutlery and lunch box. It is a pet-friendly event, so your furry buddies won't have to spend Christmas cooped up at home.

5. ABWM Christmas Bazaar | 26 November
Organised by the Association of British Women in Malaysia (ABWM), this one-day event will feature food vendors, charity booths, a Santa appearance, a kids' corner with a bouncy house, face painting, carol singers, raffles, cash bar, and more.

Venue: JW Marriot Hotel, KL
Time: 10am - 6pm
Admission: RM25 per person. Those aged below 12 years old can enter for free.
6. Le Marché de Noel | 30 November
This unique French-style Christmas charity bazaar will feature food and drinks, vendors, and lucky draws. The money raised from this event will be donated to two charities, namely, Make a Wish (which grants the wishes of kids who are terminally ill) and A-Heart for A-Heart (which helps children with congenital heart defects).
