Mall Offers Customers Walking Umbrella Shuttle Service To & From Train Station In Thailand

A mall in Thailand has gone the extra mile by setting up an umbrella shuttle service to assist people during the rainy season

Iconsiam in Bangkok, Thailand, has garnered online praise after a video showing a mall staff member using a large umbrella to to protect customers against the rain as they walk between the mall's entrance and the BTS Skytrain station went viral.

The video, posted by TikTok user @etraveler4, has received over 600,000 plays and 26,800 likes at the time of writing.

Despite the rain in the video, pedestrians are escorted safe and dry to and from their destinations, all thanks to this complimentary service

Although the mall and train station are close, this small gesture greatly helps mall patrons and public transport users without umbrellas as they arrive and leave.
