This alliance sees TMOG being designated as Maybank's Preferred Home Renovator, marking a significant collaboration aimed at transforming the housing landscape for Malaysians.

The highlight of this partnership is the launch of a campaign offering participants the opportunity to win home makeovers valued at up to RM1,100,000. The objective is to turn the dream homes of Malaysians into reality.

As part of the campaign, aspiring homeowners who sign up for Maybank Home Ownership solutions stand a chance to win cash rebates and vouchers, bringing them closer to achieving their dream home makeover

Maybank's Home Ownership solutions go beyond traditional financing for new or sub-sale properties. They encompass financing options for renovations, decorations, furnishings, and fittings through innovative products like Maybank MyDeco and Maybank Home+Reno financing solutions.

Maybank MyDeco Financing stands out as a first-of-its-kind loan designed specifically to finance home interior designs

Offering up to 30% additional margin of finance or a maximum of RM250,000, whichever is lower, this mortgage financing solution caters to various interior transformation works, such as interior design, decor, furnishings, and fittings.

For more extensive home renovations, especially for landed properties, Maybank provides the Maybank Home+Reno Financing.

This unique offering combines home financing with a renovation facility, allowing for up to 120% of the property's price or the latest open market value, whichever is lower.
