Those with valid travel documents will be able to freely enter or leave the country as Malaysia moves into its endemic phase next month.
Fully vaccinated travellers will just be required to take a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test two days before departure from Malaysia, and an RTK test 24 hours after arrival in Malaysia.
Here's a list of places that Malaysians can visit without needing to quarantine upon arrival:

Malaysia and Thailand's Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) is scheduled to launch on 15 March.
The new travel scheme will see up to six flights daily between Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, as well as four flights between Phuket and Kuala Lumpur. More potential routes will be announced accordingly, as both countries are currently finalising the details.

Test requirements: A PCR test must be taken prior to departure, upon arrival while waiting for the test results in the hotel, as well as on the third day of arrival.
