More things can now be accessed online and payment methods have been made easier, with the convenience of e-wallets and improved card systems.
Instead of dealing with a crowd, traffic, or finding parking, did you know that you can easily renew your driver's licence online?
Here's a step-by-step guide:
Step one: Visit the MyEG website and click 'Renew Driving License'

Step two: You will be taken to the page below. Click 'Renew Driving License' again.

Step three: If you have an account, log in. Otherwise, register for an account and sign in.

Step four: You will be taken to the following Road Transport Department page. Click 'Driving License Renewal (CDL)'.

Step five: Fill in your details and make sure that your photo follows the requirements

Ensure that all of the information you filled in is correct. Then, select your delivery method and make the payment.
Those in Klang Valley will receive their renewed driver's licence within two working days, while those in other parts of Peninsular Malaysia, as well as Sabah and Sarawak, will receive theirs within two to five working days.
