If you're planning a trip to the beautiful Sungai Chiling, take note that starting 1 March, you'll need a permit to enter the area, which falls under the Permanent Forest Reserve (HSK)

According to Selangor Forestry Director Azhar Ahmad, permits will cost RM5 per person.

There is also a daily visitor limit of 500 people, so it's a good idea to plan your visit ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Chiling River will be open to visitors from 8am to 6pm

This change aims to better manage the number of visitors and preserve the natural beauty of the area.
