12-Year-Old Boy Dies After Reportedly Being Electrocuted At School

A Year Six student reportedly died from electrocution at a school in Serdang, Selangor yesterday, 18 December

Serdang police chief ACP AA Anbalagan said that a woman, believed to be medical staff, lodged a report at 6.30pm after receiving the 12-year-old patient, who was unconscious, reported Berita Harian.

"The victim is believed to have been electrocuted at a school in the Serdang area and was confirmed dead at about 6.50pm," Anbalagan said in a statement.

The police are currently investigating the case

The authorities are awaiting the autopsy report to determine the cause of the death.

For now, this case is classified as sudden death.
