Air Selangor: Water Cut In More Klang Valley Areas Due To Odour Pollution On 10 October

Air Selangor announced today, 10 October, that an unscheduled water disruption may have affected some regions in the Klang Valley as a result of odour pollution in the Selangor River
The company confirmed that the Sungai Selangor Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, and Rantau Panjang water treatment plants resumed operations at 4am today.
However, some areas are still affected. This includes the Klang Region, Shah Alam, Petaling, Gombak, Kuala Lumpur, Hulu Selangor, and Kuala Selangor.You can check out the full list of affected areas below:

A scheduled water disruption for replacement and maintenance works was previously announced to start at 9am and expected to be completed by 7pm today, 10 October
Water supply will be distributed in stages until full recovery by 12pm on 12 October.
It is unclear when the unscheduled disruption will end.
"Alternative aid through water tankers has been dispatched to consumers, with priority for critical premises," Air Selangor acting chief executive officer (CEO) Abas Abdullah said in a statement, according to New Straits Times.
