Siti Nuramira was in custody after being charged under Section 298A of the Penal Code over her undressing stunt at the Crackhouse Comedy Club in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur on 4 June
She is facing a jail term of up to five years, if convicted, and the court had set her bail at RM20,000.
Her boyfriend, Alexander Navin Vijayachandran, who allegedly took and uploaded the video recording of Nuramira's performance, was charged under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and has also since been under remand. The court had also set his bail to RM20,000.
