The 20-second clip shows the lorry rear-ending a small car before hitting a motorcyclist.
It then crashed into the signage of a petrol station and flipped sideways into a ditch.
Azman Shariat told Harian Metro, "The driver is believed to have tried to flee after hitting a 21-year-old motorcyclist who was travelling from the direction of Jalan Banting-Dengkil towards the Kuala Lumpur Internation Airport (KLIA)."
"The motorcyclist was hit by the lorry driver who wanted to make a right turn. After the collision, villagers huddled around the lorry and caused him to back up the vehicle, crashing into another motorcyclist as well as a Perodua Kancil."
