"Most Beautiful Bathroom" — Netizens Are Impressed By RM70K Renovated School Toilet
The contractor told SAYS that the interior design of the school bathroom was inspired by luxury hotels.
A video showing a renovated primary school bathroom in Perak recently went viral on TikTok for its luxurious design
The two-minute clip was shared by Fendy Daud, the contractor who transformed the school bathroom, as he wanted to give his TikTok followers a tour of the new interior.
In the video, the first thing that can be seen is the exterior of the bathroom, which has been beautifully decorated with a modern black-and-white aesthetic, complete with an artificial grass floor.
Fendy then opens the door of the male toilet, revealing a cosy seating area with two chairs and a large vanity mirror at the entrance of the bathroom.
The walls are decorated with clean white tiles, making the space feel spacious and inviting. The bathroom even has two shower stalls and three toilet bowls.

In the caption of the video, Fendy revealed that the renovation for the school bathroom cost over RM70,000
Speaking with SAYS, Fendy shared that he was hired by the Hulu Perak District Education Office (PPD) to renovate a male and female bathroom at SK Adika Raja.
"My wife came up with the concept and interior design idea. According to her, she chose the tile designs to create a luxurious and elegant feeling, as if the students were stepping into a five-star hotel," he told SAYS.
Fendy went on to say that it's important to offer a clean bathroom to students so they feel happy at school.
"Imagine if we have to work at a place where the bathroom is dirty and uncomfortable, I don't think we can work peacefully," he added.
