The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) is offering a generous discount of up to 60% on selected traffic summonses

In conjunction with the Government's 2-Year Program MADANI (2TM), the discount will be available from 22 to 24 November at Hall 1, Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC).

Payment counters for motorists to settle their outstanding summonses will be open daily from 9am to 6pm throughout the programme.

However, the limited-time 60% discount does not apply to all traffic offences

According to Berita RTM, serious traffic violations, including running red lights, using the emergency lane, dangerous overtaking, and crossing double lines, are excluded from the offer.

Additionally, the discount does not apply to summonses involving accidents, court settlements, those issued to heavy vehicles, vehicles with exhaust modifications, those issued during Ops Selamat, or non-compoundable offences.

Payments must be made in person at the event venue. Online payment options are not available.

Besides that, if you need to renew your driver's licence, the Road Transport Department (JPJ) will have payment counters at the same venue

From 22 to 24 November between 9am and 6pm, JPJ will assist with licence renewals for the following:
- Competent Driver's Licence (CDL)
- Probationary Driver's Licence (PDL)
- Public Service Vehicle (PSV) licence
- Goods Driving License (GDL)
- Motor Vehicle License (LKM) for private or commercial vehicles
