In the clip, the woman can be heard screaming at employees from the cashier counter.

One of the workers then approached her and explained that their oven is broken and they're unable to make pizzas.

The employee said, "I'm telling you nicely, our oven is broken."

To which the woman responded in a harsh tone, "Why is it broken?"

"Yesterday it was struck by lighting. Yesterday it was broken too. What are we supposed to do?" the employee asked.

The woman behind the camera then continued to question when the oven broke and the employee can be seen groaning in exasperation before another co-worker came to soothe her.

It is unclear whether the problem was resolved or any actions were taken but the police were photographed speaking to Pizza Hut employees.

The management of Pizza Hut Malaysia clarified that the issue stated has been resolved.

They told SAYS, "The police came yesterday to ensure there was no escalation, and we have made it our priority to ensure it was resolved amicably as well. The customer had received the pizza she wanted after we [had] fixed the oven situation."
