This new store joins the ranks of the other Machines outlets in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, 1 Utama, IOI City Mall, and Mid Valley Megamall.

The new KLCC store aims to prioritise consumer experience, and will do so by blending technology with personalised service.

Plus, it even features a bright, spacious, and functional layout that's totally aesthetic.

What's unique about this store compared to the rest is that it has specialised zones for product demos and workshops

At these zones, you can discover, explore, and engage with the full lineup of Apple products, including iPhones.

For example, an exclusive iPhone Workshop will be taking place on 20 and 21 April. Led by renowned photo, video, and content creator William Seng, join in to learn how to hone your photography and videography skills.

You can register online to sign up, but do note that each session is limited to the first 12 participants.

The store has also been specially designed to make it easier and more convenient for people with disabilities to shop

The new Machines store at KLCC is manned by knowledgeable Machines Warriors.

Its unique features include wider entrances and aisles for easier navigation, as well as a dedicated cashier desk tailored for persons with disabilities.

Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the store aims to ensure that every consumer feels valued and included.

And if you ever have any problems with any Apple devices, you can drop by this Machines store for help

The store will be run by Machines Warriors, store staff who are knowledgeable about Apple products. They will be able to provide personalised guidance along with exceptional service.

Also, there's an in-house service centre for the repairing and servicing of Apple devices and accessories. Nice!
