Sony's Limited Edition PlayStation 5 Brings Gamers Back To 1994
The PS1-inspired console looks as great as it did in the '90s.
To commemorate its 30th anniversary, PlayStation has introduced a limited edition PS5 Pro console

Alongside its nostalgia-inducing limited edition console, PlayStation has also introduced PS1-themed controllers and other collectible items.

The limited edition PS5 Pro comes in a nostalgic PS1 grey finish, along with PS1-themed versions of both the DualSense and DualSense Edge controllers. It also includes a matching DualSense charging station, a USB controller charging cable styled like a PS1 controller cable, and a grey vertical stand.
Although it lacks a disc drive, the bundle provides a grey plastic shell to cover the separate white disc drive, ensuring it blends seamlessly with the console.

The collection will include two console bundles — a PlayStation 5 Pro and a PS5 Digital Edition — both featuring nostalgic touches like a PS1-style controller cable connector housing, PlayStation Shapes cable ties, a sticker, a paperclip, and one of 30 limited edition PlayStation posters.
Other highlights include a 30th Anniversary Limited Edition PlayStation Portal, along with DualSense Wireless and DualSense Edge Wireless controllers. The collection will be available directly through PlayStation and select retailers starting 21 November.
