These Smart Urinals In China Can Check Your Urine To See How Healthy You Are
Convenient.
There are smart urinals in China that men can use and have a urine analysis done at the same time.
Even better is that a user's results can be sent to their phones to be read later.
Shanghai-based film director Christian Petersen-Clausen recently shared his experience of using one in a series of tweets.
"Recently, health-checking urinals have begun popping up in men's restrooms all over Shanghai.
"Naturally, I tried it out," he wrote.

The man said the onsite urine test costs 20 yuan (RM13) and can be paid contactless via phone
"The whole process is about as easy as one might think. I paid my fee via WeChat and before I even made it down the escalator, I had my results," he said.
The results, sent via WeChat, showed him the usual indicators tested by a regular urinalysis strip, including pH level, concentration, protein, glucose, ketones, bilirubin, evidence of infection such as nitrites and white blood cells, and occult blood.
His results, which said he lacked calcium, were "otherwise unremarkable", he said.

The satisfied user said he believes the urinals are a good service, given how important it is for health issues to be detected early
"The company seems to be installing them all over China... I think this is quite good. I don't think this shall replace a visit to your doctor, but it might very well prompt one.
"A cardiologist told me that thanks to Apple Watches he now saw more people before they had heart attacks. That's kind of what I am hoping for here," he added.
