"Parties involved must resolve any accidents or incidents caused by these actions," it added.

Should any accident or incident occur, neither the artistes, organisers, nor the venue will be held responsible. In the case of any malicious behaviour, the individuals involved will not be allowed to enter the venue and may be handed over to the police for prosecution.
