Malaysian actor Fattah Amin recently received praise from netizens for channelling his commission from selling marinated lamb to a worthy cause

According to an Instagram post by @pakmatwesterncafe, the 34-year-old actor declined his commission for promoting Pak Mat Western's marinated lamb business.

Instead of keeping the money for himself, he told the owner of the business to donate his earnings to the needy.

"Thank you, boss. Can I ask the Pak Mat team to handle the commission?

"Please donate it to those in need," Fattah stated in a WhatsApp message to the business owner.

The actor co-hosted a TikTok live session to promote the business last Thursday, 17 October

According to another post, the live session garnered 44 million likes and 100,000 views within five minutes, with all the lamb orders being sold out in no time.

Fattah also mentioned in an Instagram Reels video that he will be joining another TikTok live session with Pak Mat at 9pm tomorrow, 25 October.
