When Hannah Yeoh was the head prefect at school, she had to deal with a rebellious Joe Flizzow

The Youth and Sports minister shared her experience of reprimanding the famous Malaysian rapper and hip-hop icon during her tenure as head prefect at SMK Subang Utama in Selangor.

In the now-viral TikTok clip, Yeoh said Joe preferred standing out from other students through his fashion choices

"His school attire isn't like the usual school uniform. He wears baggy pants and his shirt is usually untucked. As the head prefect, I always reminded him to fix his attire," she said in the viral clip.

At the time of writing, the TikTok video has garnered over 6,700 likes.

In response, Joe quipped it's better to be mischievous than evil

The viral clip comes from a Viu documentary about Joe's life and career, titled This Is Johan.

In response to Yeoh, Joe said: "Mischief is better than being bad. It's okay to be mischievous. It's okay to be stubborn, just don't be bad."

This Is Johan chronicles Joe's journey from a schoolboy to a rap legend, detailing how he overcame his struggles and inspired his fans.
