PR Worldwide presents a few options for the fans with tickets to the concert previously scheduled for 22 October
Starting today until 20 October, the organiser will be opening a 14-day window for ticket holders to submit a request to retain or refund the ticket through a Request Form that will be sent to the registered emails used at the time of purchase.
If you choose to retain your ticket, no additional cost will be incurred and a new ticket will be issued at the announcement of a potential new date, subject to venue and date availability.
However, for those planning to opt for a refund, the organiser announced that they will not be returning a full refund
"Only the face value of the tickets will be refunded as per the purchase terms and conditions. Ticket fees, processing fees, and bank charges will not be refunded," PR Worldwide stated in their Instagram post.
The refund may take up to 30 days depending on the processing bank. If the refund is not complete by 21 November, ticket holders can email them.
