Ross Butler Among Cast For Upcoming Hollywood Movie Adapted From Malaysian Author's Novel

Claudia Tan's award-winning novel that is being made into a Hollywood movie has recently announced its cast line-up
The 22-year-old's second most popular novel, titled Perfect Addiction, gained an impressive 84.7 million reads on Wattpad, earning her the People's Choice Award at the 2015 Wattys.
It was revealed last year that the fictional series, which she wrote when she was 16, would be adapted into a Hollywood film by JB Pictures and Resident Evil's producer Jeremy Bolt, Wattpad Webtoon Studios' president Aron Levitz, and Constantin Film's Robert Kulzer.
However, due to COVID-19, there was a setback to the film's production.
Since then, the movie has just recently announced that it will star Riverdale and 13 Reasons Why actor, Ross Butler, along with Matthew Noszka and Kiana Madeira
Based on Tan's bestselling novel, the story centres around successful boxing trainer Sienna Lane, who discovers that her boyfriend Jax, the reigning champion, has been cheating on her with her own sister.
She then sets out to get revenge by training the one man capable of dethroning him: his arch-nemesis Kayden.
As a woman of many talents, the Kuchingite is also an up-and-coming singer-songwriter who released her latest catchy single, Nice Guy, today, 2 July
The pop singer's newest song follows several other upbeat tunes, including 70s-inspired bop, Bodies, that was released in October last year, garnering over 550,000 plays on Spotify to date.
Judging by her many achievements, there is much to look forward to from this rising star.
