Mark your calendars ⁠— the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards (2022 GRAMMYs) will be happening on Monday, 4 April, wooootsss! :D

Known as the most prestigious music awards, GRAMMYs are presented by the Recording Academy to recognise "Outstanding Achievement in the music industry" of the United States.

Every year, we all get hyped to watch all the amazing performances and find out which of our favourite artists will take home the awards. With Trevor Noah of The Daily Show hosting and a lineup of performers that include nominees such as BTS, Brandi Carlile, Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X with Jack Harlow, and Olivia Rodrigo, the 2022 GRAMMYs is set to be a show you definitely don't wanna miss!

tonton will be streaming the 2022 GRAMMYs in HD, live from MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, on Monday, 4 April at 8am Malaysian time.

Here's a look at some of the artists who have been nominated for GRAMMY awards this year:

Olivia Rodrigo, Lady Gaga, Jon Batiste, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Lil Nas X, Billie Eilish, and Kanye West are all nominated for Album of The Year.

Meanwhile, the nominees for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance include BTS for Butter, Tony Bennett & Lady Gaga for I Get A Kick Out Of You, Justin Bieber & Benny Blanco for Lonely, Coldplay for Higher Power, and Doja Cat featuring SZA for Kiss Me More.

Twelve-time GRAMMY winners Foo Fighters earned three nominations this year. Their songs Making A Fire and Waiting On A War are respectively nominated for Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song. At the same time, their Medicine At Midnight album is nominated for Best Rock Album.

Most impressive of all is four-time GRAMMY winner H.E.R., who has eight nominations this year:
- Album Of The Year: Back Of My Mind
- Song Of The Year: Fight For You
- Best R&B Performance: Damage
- Best Traditional R&B Performance: Fight For You
- Best R&B Song: Damage
- Best R&B Album: Back Of My Mind
- Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song: Hold Us Together (Hope Mix) with Tauren Wells
- Best Song Written For Visual Media: Fight For You (from Judas and the Black Messiah)
