From house lizards to catfish, here are the most hilarious instances where civilians have called the fire department for.
1. A catfish
According to Sinar Harian, this catfish allegedly stung a woman's cat to death.
2. A house lizard
According to Harian Metro, residents called firefighters, thinking the house lizard in their closet was a much more dangerous monitor lizard.
5. A worm
According to New Straits Times, residents mistook this 13cm-long worm for a snake and called for firefighters to remove it.
