A naughty orange cat decided to gift its owner the fright of her life by getting itself stuck on a ledge in their apartment on Valentine's Day

According to a TikTok video posted by user @pmqq, her cat, Fanta, had somehow found its way out the window and wandered to the other side of what seems to be an outdoor ledge area in her apartment.

Unable to reach the cat, Fanta's owner immediately called Sri Hartamas Fire and Rescue Station for help

According to the owner, the firemen arrived in a short 15 minutes and sprung into action.

In the video, the firemen are seen strapping one of their coworkers up in safety equipment as a protective measure, after which he jumped out onto the ledge to retrieve the cat.

Slowly maneuvering his body in order not to warrant a sudden escape from Fanta, the fireman managed to swiftly grab it by the scruff of its neck and immediately placed it into a carrier, ensuring its security.

The TikTok video has since garnered over one million views and countless comments from cat lovers

Many users were not surprised at the cat's behaviour, claiming that orange cats are the naughtiest of the lot.

"It's not an orange cat if it doesn't cause trouble," joked a user.

Others applauded the reliability of the fire brigade that efficiently handled the situation.

"It's always an [orange] (cat). Thank you, [firemen]!" opined a user.

One user questioned the price of the rescue as they too own a cat in a high-rise building.

"Can I ask how much it was to call the firemen? I'm worried as I too have an orange (cat) in my apartment," commented the user.

To which the owner replied, "It's free! This is because it's under government service. However, I gave them an ang pow. They were really efficient, they arrived in under 15 minutes."

Fortunately, Fanta is now safe, sound, and as orange as ever
