"Feliz Never There" — Sad-Looking Christmas Decoration In Mall Goes Viral
"Did they order the tree from Temu? T_T" one person asked.
A mall in Malaysia has unintentionally become the centre of attention after unveiling Christmas decorations that's, well, not quite as festive as one might hope
The somber-looking display, posted by TikTok user @maemon95 yesterday, 3 December, shows a Christmas tree standing in the middle of the mall's massive centre court — a stark contrast in size to the space it occupies.
While many shopping malls often go all out with their Christmas decorations, featuring elaborate setups with towering trees, sparkling lights, and festive displays, this particular mall opted for something more "minimalist"
Several people joked that perhaps the tree needed time to grow or might only reach its full height by 25 December. Meanwhile, others cheekily wondered if the mall ordered the tree from Temu.
It's unclear whether the decorations were completed or if it was a low-budget issue, but at least some effort was made?
