A video of a certain motorcylist riding through Seberang Jaya Plus Highway in Penang has made it to Facebook where his unique choice of a backpack entertained many netizens

The 12-second video, shared on the Penang Kini Facebook page, shows a motorcyclist recorded from afar by a road user.

As the video progresses, it closes in on the motorcyclist, and a clearer view of the backpack can be seen.

The motorcyclist appears to be wearing a backpack with a built-in digital clock. The time is on display for any road users near the rider.

The digits on the clock read 06:56. Assuming that the clock displays the time using the 24-hour time system, the time the video was recorded would be in the morning.

The short video ended right after the motorcyclist goes out of frame.

The video garnered around 202,000 views and received over 480 comments at the time of writing

The video's caption says, "Watch closely. [It's] great, this brother carries a bag with a big digital clock. Going to work would be nerve-racking as we watch the time ticking,"

Many netizens decided to play along with the joke in the comments section.

One user jokingly asked if the road users still had time to punch their cards and check in for work, given that there were four minutes until 7am.

"[I would] automatically speed up if I were behind this brother. Not sure if I want to chase him or the time," wrote one user.

Another user even suggested the motorcyclist adjust the time to 15 minutes earlier just to see other road users' anxious reactions to the time.

Some users shared that they have also spotted the same rider around the Penang bridge area.

"La, I followed him two days ago on the way to the Penang Bridge toll," commented a user.

"I saw him yesterday while on the way to work on the first bridge. Looked quite cool," shared another user.
